Niagara Falls officials looking for tenants for new train station

Niagara Falls’ Economic Development office has released a request to fill a first floor unit designed for a private tenant at the Niagara Falls Train Station and Intermodal Transportation Center.Website Insert Start Here copy

The station, 825 Depot Ave. West, boasts 4,650 square feet of leasable space that city officials will attempt to secure contracts for by mid-summer. The proposed opening date has been pushed back from the May target discussed by lawmakers in February.

In addition to a retailer currently being sought by the city, the building will include a public lobby and the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Interpretive Center on its first floor.
