The $200 million Central Station development with direct access to the SunRail/Lynx multimodal transit stop in downtown Orlando is getting several new shops and eateries to service the business and growing residential population.

Rida Development Corp.’s mixed-use complex — which features Crescent Communities LLC’s $54 million, 280-unit apartment midrise in the project’s first phase — now has tenants lined up for the 12,000 square feet of ground-level retail in the building at 480 N. Orange Ave.
