Give the people what they want.

Long before the first SunRail train ever left the station, the system had numerous skeptics and naysayers. If its goal was to lend credence to its critics, SunRail is on the right track.

Three years after it began operations, SunRail is falling significantly short of meeting its ridership and financial expectations, so far justifying doubts expressed about what some considered to be overly optimistic projections.

Emphasis on “so far.” There’s still time to turn things around, but SunRail officials need to plot a better course.
