That’s why we applaud the city for finding a way to fund the $3.7 million in critically needed repairs at Union Station.

Some may wonder why the city should put money into Union Station when there are so many other pressing community needs and why time is of the essence…

The building’s historical and architectural significance is undisputed, but Union Station’s importance to Indianapolis goes beyond that.
